Healthy Eating Design Document
This design document outlines a virtual instructor-led training that was designed as a beginning nutrition class for members of a health and fitness studio. After this initial class, members will meet with their nutrition coach weekly for 12 weeks to aid them in meeting their personal health and nutritional goals.
